Private customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Here is how to cancel your purchase and how returns and complaints work.

14-day right of withdrawal
As a private customer you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day you received the product, under Swedish distance-selling law. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases.
How to cancel
Tell us within 14 days at [email protected] and include your order number. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s standard withdrawal form.
Condition of the product
You may examine the product as you would in a shop. If it has been used or handled more than needed to examine it, we may deduct for the loss in value. Please pack the machine in its original packaging.
Return shipping
When you withdraw, you pay the return shipping. The machine is large and heavy, so get in touch — we will help you book transport.
Refunds
We refund the amount, including the original shipping cost, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may wait to refund until we have received the product back. The money is refunded through Klarna.
Faulty products
If something is wrong with the machine, the warranty (2-year warranty) and your rights under the Consumer Sales Act apply. Contact us and we will sort it out — for approved claims we pay the return shipping.
