Data controller

What we process

• When you order: name, email, phone number, delivery address, order contents and payment status.
• When you book a demo or request a quote: name, contact details, company name and registration number, preferred payment method and your message.
• When you write a review: name, town and email. Your email is never published.
• When you visit the website: technical data such as IP address and browser in our server logs.

Why we process it

• To fulfil your purchase — delivery, customer service and complaints (contract).
• To comply with the law — for example the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (legal obligation).
• To answer requests and improve the service — demo and quote requests, security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest).

Paying with Klarna

When you pay with Klarna, we share the data needed for the payment with Klarna Bank AB (publ). Klarna is an independent controller for its processing, described in Klarna’s own privacy notice.

Who we share data with

We only share data when needed: with carriers for delivery, with Klarna for payment, with our finance partner if you ask about leasing, and with email and IT providers who process data on our behalf. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

• Order details are kept for seven years under the Bookkeeping Act.
• Demo and quote requests are kept for up to 24 months.
• Reviews stay until you ask us to remove them.

Cookies and browser storage

We only use the cookies needed for the website to work — cart, security and sign-in. Your choice between business and private prices is saved in your browser. We use no advertising cookies. If Klarna’s payment information is shown on the product page, Klarna may set its own cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data (data portability). Contact us at [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
