These terms apply when you, as a private customer, buy from iBuildGreen AB (company reg. no. 559499-3932), Spikbornsvägen 5, 141 70 Segeltorp, through the website. Businesses buy via a quote — invoiced by us or leasing through our finance partner — and the terms in the quote apply.

3. Orders and contract
After you place your order you receive a confirmation by email. We contact you within one working day to confirm the delivery date. In the case of obvious pricing errors, or if the product can’t be delivered, we may cancel the purchase; any payment is refunded in full.
4. Payment
You pay with Klarna — the full amount at once or split according to Klarna’s terms. Klarna only charges you when we ship the machine.
5. Delivery
Delivery in 1–2 weeks · shipping 1 500 kr. See Delivery & shipping for details.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a private customer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product. See Returns & withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases.
7. Warranty and complaints
The machine comes with a 2-year warranty. In addition, as a consumer you may claim for faults for three years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact us at [email protected] as soon as you notice a fault — a complaint within two months is always made in time. For approved claims we pay the return shipping.
8. Use
Follow the assembly and safety instructions. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect assembly or use contrary to the instructions.
9. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
10. Disputes
We always try to resolve issues with you directly. If we can’t agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se. Swedish law applies.
