How delivery works

• When the machine ships you get an email with the carrier and tracking number.
• The carrier contacts you to book a delivery time.
• The machine arrives in large, heavy boxes — make sure there is space and someone to help carry.

Check your delivery

Look for visible transport damage when you receive the delivery and note it with the carrier. Contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible if anything is damaged or missing.
